Gift certificates can be ordered in a variety of increments between $25.00 and $500.00. All gift certificates are electronic and can only be delivered via e-mail. Gift certificates are not taxed and there are no shipping charges for sending them. You may have them personalized. The gift certificate will be sent via email to the buyer. The buyer may then choose to send the gift certificate via email, mail, or present it in person to the recipient.

Terms and Conditions

Buying a Gift Certificate

How to Personalize a Gift Certificate
When ordering a gift certificate, place it in the shopping cart as you would any other item. After entering your contact information and the appropriate address, you will be asked to select whether or not the item is a gift. If "yes" is selected, you may then enter the recipient's name, a message, and the sender's name or names. This information will be listed on the gift certificate. Gift certificates are emailed directly to you to ensure fast delivery; the certificate will not be mailed directly to the recipient. Once you receive it, you may then forward the email on to the recipient or you may choose to print it out and deliver it personally.

Shipping Rate

Delivery Time
Delivery times can vary for each product based on the delivery location and the size of the product. This is especially important if your gift is time sensitive. By calculating an estimated delivery date, we can determine what shipping method will best ensure your package gets to the desired location in time. Due to the size of some products, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available.

How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. In average it takes 3-5 business days. International shipments from the factories directly to the customer may take 1-2 weeks, depending on availability.

Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.

Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines.

1. Our site does currently ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS
2. Our site does currently ship to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS
3. Most items do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, via USPS
4. For International Shipping, please contact one of our Customer Service Associate for a quote at use our Contact Us form.
5. Our site may choose to add to, subtract from, or otherwise alter these shipping restrictions at any time. Shipping may be available for a wider range of countries in the future as well. Check back for any policy changes.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
All orders are packed carefully, securely and insured when they are shipped to our customers. Unfortunately, shipment damage occasionally occurs. If an item is defective or damaged in transit, please e-mail us within 3 days of receipt using our Contact Us form. You will receive a prompt reply regarding a replacement. When items are damaged in shipment, only a replacement of the same item(s) is allowed subject to availability. If the damaged item(s) is no longer available, we will offer you a substitute item or a refund if requested and approved.

Custom/Corporate Items
All custom items manufactured with your own designs requires a non-refundable deposit after your order is processed. The custom items are not returnable or refundable. A refund or store credit is only available if damaged in shipment. Please contact us by clicking here for further assistance.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 7 (seven) days after receiving it.

However, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
• Customized or personalized products, which are non-refundable
• Special order items including promotional and corporate gifts merchandise
• Any international order
All damaged items in transit will be replaced.

All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less 15% restocking fees. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.

If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund.
